Dialecty
Dialecty, conceived by Maria Fusco with The Common Guild, considers the uses of vernacular forms of speech and writing, exploring how dialect words, grammar and syntax challenge and improve traditional orthodoxies of critical writing.
Six titles are published by Harry Josephine Giles & Martin O’Leary, Robert Herbert McClean, Helen Nisbet, Lisa Robertson, Natasha Soobramanien & Luke Williams, and Adam Pendleton.
The series was launched in December 2018 at The Common Guild with a series of readings and performances, titled, ‘Sometimes Here Has No Walls’.
