Again, A Time Machine, reappears at Edinburgh Printmakers Gallery, with the presentation of Make the Living Look Dead, The Wanderer (The Storage) by Laure Prouvost and A Poster Project by Jonathan Monk.
The Happy Hypocrite is a annual journal for and about experimental art writing. Issue 6, guest edited by Lynne Tillman is due to be published by Book Works, Summer 2013. The Happy Hypocrite is now looking for submissions for this guest edited issue Freedom.
Book Works is pleased to annouce a new series of publications initiated by Book Works with organisations seeking to publish or distribute beyond their limits.

Due to our October Bookbinding for Beginners course having filled up so quickly we are running another course in February. Course details are below.
A nine week course in hand bookbinding. Students will have the opportunity to learn basic bookbinding techniques through a variety of historical and contemporary styles, and to use conventional and unconventional binding materials. There will also be a chance to develop a personal project in the latter stages. The course will be for a maximum of 8 students and will be run by Ina Baumeister at Book Works Studio.
Book Works – an independent art publisher based in Shoreditch is looking for an Editorial and Marketing Assistant to start work in mid-September 2012.
